To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please include your order number and proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an issue on our end, contact us at team@fusion-strength.com within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
We will review the claim and work quickly to make it right.
Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products.
If a Fusion Strength product fails due to a manufacturing defect or workmanship issue, we offer a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
