Got the dumbbelt in the mail and automatic was pleased with the packaging and bagging. I was struggling to get 65s for DB curl so when I got these I was able to progress from 60s to 62.5. As someone who loves progressing in the gym these are for you. Overall 10/10, easy to use and effective at the end of the day.
